How to raise your vibration
In this short lecture, Dr. Chong explained means and ways to raise our vibrations. We believe people are permeated with chi energy, a vital life force essential for powering life's many functions. Higher vibrations are associated with higher vitality, better immunity and better health. We may raise our vibration by connecting with higher energy systems (like doing qigong in nature), eating super fresh and live foods, sleep and exercise regularly. Equally important is to plug energy leaks, such as negative thoughts and emotions.
This month, we invite everyone to replace guilt and shape with a new mental frame: if life is a game, let's play it a new way: every situation, challenge, crisis... are just drills to get to a higher level. There are no mess-ups, no failures, just working experience to gain knowledge about ourselves and outside world. The poised and collected we are, the better we played the game. Let us cultivate the mental and emotional state to empower us, and release negative energies that pull us down.
